Once, I brought on an editor, trained them, even set up a full studio. But after a few months, they left. It was a tough hit, but it taught me this: passion and commitment matter more than just skill.

Now, I’m looking for someone who’s not just talented but genuinely shares the vision of creating world-class travel content. Someone who wants to grow with the team, not just for the short term but for the long haul.

✅ You know how to take a 40-50 minute video and turn it into something engaging and binge-worthy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the dream:

🎥 Crafting punchy, scroll-stopping Shorts and sometimes backing up our long-form stories.

🎥 Repurposing long-form videos into short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. Hooking the audience in the first 3 seconds is your superpower.

🎥 Creating standalone short videos for other social media platforms – snappy, punchy, and shareable.

What You Should Know Before Applying

This role is not for everyone, and I’m upfront about it because I value honesty and clarity.

🚫 If you plan to just “learn for 3 months” and leave to freelance or start your own channel, this isn’t the right fit either. We’re building something long-term.
🚫 If your showreel looks more like a CapCut slideshow than a showcase of your skill, this isn’t for you.
